Laurie was born in Southern California, then lived in Lewisville, Texas for several years until moving to Provo, Utah during her high school years. She attended BYU in pre-nursing before meeting her husband, marrying, and becoming mother to 6 wonderful children. She and her husband own a successful Photography Studio in Utah Valley. Laurie has been the bookkeeper, office manager, and photo retoucher for the past several years.
Laurie was introduced to Global View Capital in 2010 through Dale Black who became their financial advisor. In 2017, Laurie began working part time for Dale Black as an Office Assistant. She really enjoyed working with people, and with her love of numbers, she decided to work to become an Advisor herself. Laurie became life insurance licensed in June 2022, and then became a registered advisor in February 2023. She has really enjoyed being part of a team of amazing people and truly loves serving their clients.
Laurie and her husband now have 14 grandchildren. They enjoy kayaking all over the beautiful state of Utah. She really loves being able to help clients find and enjoy financial independence. She and Deb enjoy co-hosting the radio show, Money Matters with Deb and Laurie.
